You can find it at Whole foods or the like... you can look on their website www.badgerbalm.com to check out retailers in your area.

Best of luck with it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4314269034886005077.post-3099496781383453222010-06-27T23:47:31.061-04:002010-06-27T23:47:31.061-04:00I don't have any spiritual rituals, but I do t...I don't have any spiritual rituals, but I do the following:

1. Take a melatonin pill about 30 minutes before bed. It's a natural vitamin you can get at any local pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens.

2. Clear your head - I keep a pad by my bed so if a grocery list or something I need to remember to do tomorrow pops in, I can jot it down quick and not have it floating around in my head.

3. Relax - Sounds easy, huh?! :) ha ha. What I do is lay flat on my back, even though I don't sleep that way. Starting at my feet, I physically relax my toes and feet, then work up the legs, belly, arms, body, face, etc...If you can actually feel your body getting lighter and more relaxed you will lose any tension you had. Then once I'm relaxed, I shift into any position I'm comfortable sleeping in. It works on your belly too, but I find it's harder to relax the belly and such that way.

Hope this helps. If all else fails, just get drunk and pass out - that's always a good night of solid sleep. Ha ha. I'm kidding!Melhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06974527635031900954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4314269034886005077.post-70064003634211812172010-06-27T23:30:58.805-04:002010-06-27T23:30:58.805-04:00If you have a lot of things on your mind it might ...If you have a lot of things on your mind it might help to keep a notebook by your bed to jot down the things that come to mind before you are going to sleep. Also just having a routine before bed can help, whether it is drinking tea before bed or warm milk. Reading my bible before bed also helps. I also agree that only using your bedroom for sleep and not having electronics in there would be helpful. And running in the morning helps kind of tire you out for the day and helps relieve stress. Hope that helps! Over time, it's helped me :)Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07939510884443456482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4314269034886005077.post-88235838911508481242010-06-27T22:08:26.629-04:002010-06-27T22:08:26.629-04:00ive been that way for as long as i can remember. w...ive been that way for as long as i can remember. when yiu find something that works, let me know! im still searching!
and thanks for your sweet comment. I usually go to bed about 5am too.

The day I had class, I went to bed around 530am-6am, and woke back up at 7:30am, so I could be at class at 9am. I must have been tired, because I fell asleep at 10pm, woke up at 330am, stayed up until about 8am, fell asleep til 12pm, stayed up til about 2pm, and fell asleep til 5pm.

Crazy huh! I don't have any advice about how to get to sleep, because I can't sleep. It might be where my boyfriend isn't here. If he was here, he wouldn't let me stay up that late/early lolWhitney @ EHFARhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07574672293112274871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4314269034886005077.post-90313097291001374432010-06-27T21:16:35.527-04:002010-06-27T21:16:35.527-04:00I used to have this same problem!

I also drank decaf green tea before bed...it's supposed to release toxins in your body, de-stress you and calm you down!

Hope this helps girl!
